Ann trained as a homeopath and was a Director of the Irish School of Homeopathy. She specializes in the treatment of children at her clinic on the East Coast of Ireland and in 1999 she developed her Indigo Essences. She soon realised that these essences greatly helped in the treatment of children with behavioural problems especially ADD and ADHD. Indigo Essences are mineral essences made in Ireland. They are a form of vibrational healing which help to rebalance and bring about a feeling of being centred.
