Rachel graduated from The College of Homeopathy in 1997 and currently practises near her home in Clifton Village, Bristol and from The Nelson Homeopathic Pharmacy Clinic in central London. Before discovering homeopathy she gained a 1st class degree in Biological Sciences, specialising in Physiology. This background has lead to a particular interest in the integration of homeopathic and medical knowledge. Rachel was Head Lecturer in Medical Sciences for the College of Practical Homeopathy for several years and teaches materia medica, philosophy, repertory, casework and medical sciences as a visiting lecturer at various colleges in the UK and overseas. Rachel was a speaker at the Society of Homeopath's Annual Conference in 2005 and is author of the MatMedCards published in May 2007.
